Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders using our trusted courier partner, APC Overnight.
  • Orders placed by 6 PM will be dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday), with deliveries scheduled as follows:
    • Monday orders → Wednesday delivery
    • Tuesday orders → Thursday delivery
    • Wednesday orders → Friday delivery
    • Thursday orders → Saturday delivery (available for a small additional fee)
    You can also schedule your delivery for the following week at no extra cost.
  • All orders are packed with recyclable packaging, reusable ice packs, and insulated liners to keep your meat perfectly chilled and fresh for up to 48 hours in transit.
  • We deliver to mainland England, Scotland, and Wales only. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or offshore UK territories.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other disruptions outside our control.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • If you refuse delivery, the item will not be eligible for a refund unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fresh meat and perishable items unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled.
  • If you experience an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
  • Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh meat products, unless delivered in error or damaged.
  • Products not reported as faulty within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items returned without prior agreement.

Product Disclaimer

All our meats are certified halal and sourced from trusted suppliers. As meat is a natural product, variations in appearance, weight, and texture may occur. Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions and storage instructions before purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
