United Kingdom Shipping

Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 within mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.

Carrier and Packaging: We use APC Overnight exclusively for our next-day delivery service to ensure your fresh halal meat arrives quickly and safely. Orders are packed in fully recyclable boxes with insulated liners and reusable cool packs to maintain freshness for up to 48 hours, in line with food safety standards.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are processed the same day and scheduled for delivery as follows:

  • Monday orders → Delivered Wednesday
  • Tuesday orders → Delivered Thursday
  • Wednesday orders → Delivered Friday
  • Thursday orders → Delivered Saturday (for an additional fee)

Orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday or during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered via APC Overnight on the designated delivery day. Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or Islands, or any offshore territories.

Order Notifications: You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Exceptional Circumstances: While we strive to deliver on time, delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events such as courier disruptions, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. Cambridge Halal Meat cannot guarantee delivery times in such cases. Refunds are not available for dispatched orders, but we will assist with resending lost or misdelivered parcels.

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees depend on your order and delivery location. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
