Non-Returnable Items
Please note: Fresh meat and other perishable food items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. We only accept returns for non-perishable packaged goods under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
- Fresh meat items cannot be returned once delivered, unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging if a return is approved (e.g., for packaged non-perishable goods).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled item, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we verify the issue. Please allow 2–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is generally not applicable due to the perishable nature of our products. If a return is required (e.g., for non-perishable items), we will advise on the process and whether return postage is covered.
Delivery Offers and Adjustments
If a refund is issued that reduces your original order value below the threshold for free delivery, a £3.99 delivery fee may be deducted from your refund.
